Clarification to our Recruitment Permit documents

I would like to confirm if the standard requirements to obtain the recruitment permit to operate in Taiwan is to have all the documents are authenticated from TECO Ph? ? Because before we process the permit even the translated documents are not authenticated to TECO then we will have it notarized to Taiwan. Please give us clarification if this is the new condition for the applying the recruitment permit so we can correct the documents that we will be submitting to your office next time. Thank you.
