Issues with harmful organics vaporized in a small room

Hello, I am having issues with my university (Taipei Medical University) addressing an issue where a researcher uses a rotovap that expells harmful chemicals into the air inside a small room. These chemicals include tetrahydrofuran, ethyl acetate, and dimethylformamide. I have raised this issue several times since September of last year with the university's safety office and the department in which I am employed (biomedical engineering). Any suggestions your office has for resolving such a recurring issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for any help you can give me.
